Due to a recent order spike, we're proactively increasing the fulfillment average estimates for DTG and embroidery products in the US. DTG fulfillment can take 4–9 business days and embroidery can take 3–8 business days.

We're also seeing some delays for all-over print (AOP) in Europe related to the current demand for Face Masks and proactively increasing the estimate to 3–9 business days as well.

We expect this to be temporary. To better prepare for the end-of-the-year orders, we're organizing job fairs and actively hiring more people while expanding our operations and stocking up on products to make sure we're covered during peak. Our facility in Mexico is taking on more and more incoming embroidery and DTG orders.

There's still a temporary limit for adding new AOP products for customers in the US and Canada. We estimate the limitations will be disabled soon, but the limit is currently 2 AOP products per day, and it is reset 24 hours after the second product is added.
